                Notice of Director's Run-Off Election
                          October 16, 2000

Due to improprieties that occurred with the run-off election that 
began on September 23, 2000, this is a 72-hour notice of a new run-
off election to begin on Thursday, October 19, 2000, 12 noon EDT and 
ending October 21, 2000, 12 noon EDT. During this time, NO ONE will 
be added to the ALHN Membership-Voting list. For reference of

No candidate having received a majority of votes cast, a run-off 
election is required between the top two vote-getters of the 
Director's Election completed on September 23, 2000.

The polls will reopen on October 19, 2000 for a second 48-hour period 
for an election between:

Susan Fanning
Jim Houpe
