*NOTE - The Great Western Bank changed their service fee structure in the spring of 2007 to include a monthly service fee on Dormant Accounts. Our account was considered Dormant because no activity had occurred on it for approximately 2 years and it began accruing this fee until the amount of the fees exceeded the balance in the account. When the funds in the account were exhausted, the account was closed. I don't know who was receiving the bank statements last year but they should have noticed this service fee being assessed. The Account was closed in December 2007. Prior to the service fee being assessed there was a balance of $61.07.
